  • Space Media does not offer a return or exchange policy for digital content once the purchase is completed.
  • Once content is downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If there is a clear technical issue with the content, the buyer may contact customer support at [email protected] to submit a technical request.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings.
  • After cancellation, the user is prohibited from using any purchased content.

3. Refunds

  • Space Media does not provide refunds once digital content has been downloaded.
  • A technical investigation may be requested, but no refunds will be issued post-download.

4. Exceptions

  • No downloaded or used digital content can be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns are not accepted if content requirements are not met or if it was used for unauthorized purposes.

5. Policy Amendments

  • Space Media reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; users will be notified via email or site notifications.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
